GEOTUS made a plan that prevents civil violence. He could have said one word and every capital building in the US would be unreachable due to the barricades. Based sheriffs in many counties would have contributed resources to secure the buildings. He could have called on Texas to lead a states' revolt. The pressure to audit the vote would have been deafening.

The problem is that the counter-move to this would be to unleash the hordes of tight-jean, gender-confused blue hairs into the suburbs. It would have been quite bloody.
