You cannot 'fraudulently allege' anything. You can 'allege' it, or you can 'fraudulently state.' Further, by using the word 'fraudulent' in the above, the author has accused the teacher of knowing her statement is false. The teacher clearly believes what she is saying. Fucking illiterates.
