I don't like it when lefty teachers bring up their personal politics in class and I don't like it when conservatives do it either. The only difference between them is that the conservative is telling the truth and receives a punishment for it.

Teachers should teach students how to think not what to think.

Pointing out anybody can put on a MAGA hate isn't stating that ANTIFA was behind the capital riot, only pointing out the possibility, ie critical thinking.

She's just wearing a hooker's uniform, that's all.

I agree with her completely but coming out and just saying the facts is what got her in trouble, that's not something you can do in these times when the children have been brainwashed with commie propaganda.

A smart teacher would have lead them to the water to let them drink. It's impossible to force someone to change unless they want it themselves.

You may feel like you can't do it, they may oppose you for doing it. It is our moral duty to oppose, and suffer the consequences if necessary.

Years of choosing temporary Comfort has brought this storm.

What’s worse is most schools watch cnn daily. Several classes have students watch CNN 10 which is their student news site and have to write about current events. And wouldn’t you know it? If a student writes about current events expressing an opinion that doesn’t align with their teacher, they lose points. It’s can be a big confirmation bias confirming exercise for many teachers and indoctrination for kids. Classy. Thankfully there are some in edu that let children express their thoughts and opinions freely though they’re outnumbered too.

I played that game for my entire professional life; got news for you: even bringing it up in a roundabout way can get you into trouble within some schools now. Last year and the year before I had to explain why I was showing pro-2A opinion videos during a class on pro/con arguments (the class picked the topic). I got counseled on why it would be best to not let them choose such a topic to begin with when I responded that I had to show both sides of the argument.

That's where we are at now...it's not going to get any better.

While I admire your moral code, I'm fighting for my children's minds and souls. That thinking is what got us into this situation. We need to play by their rules now if we want to survive.

We need to hold them to the same standard that we hold ourselves to, conservatives have been too soft and forgiving when it comes to libs.

When a teacher preaches about BLM or whatever to their students, parents should rise up and make sure they are fired. If cancel culture only goes one way we will lose everything in a very short time.

That’s the thing: you can’t play by their rules, bc they can’t play by their own rules!

The party that fought for years against discrimination, equal opportunity employment etc. is discriminating simply for political wrongthink.

If we played by their rules we’d be as batshit and amoral as them.

Agreed. If we hate double standards on the left we should keep it the same over here. Only problem is schools are pushing liberal agendas daily into our children.

We need smart conservatives to gain positions in academia undercover to subtly open the minds of children to the programming they receive.

hmm.... pointing out anyone can put on a Maga hat is not encouraging critical thinking?
