I agree with her completely but coming out and just saying the facts is what got her in trouble, that's not something you can do in these times when the children have been brainwashed with commie propaganda.
A smart teacher would have lead them to the water to let them drink.
It's impossible to force someone to change unless they want it themselves.
What’s worse is most schools watch cnn daily. Several classes have students watch CNN 10 which is their student news site and have to write about current events. And wouldn’t you know it? If a student writes about current events expressing an opinion that doesn’t align with their teacher, they lose points. It’s can be a big confirmation bias confirming exercise for many teachers and indoctrination for kids. Classy. Thankfully there are some in edu that let children express their thoughts and opinions freely though they’re outnumbered too.
I played that game for my entire professional life; got news for you: even bringing it up in a roundabout way can get you into trouble within some schools now. Last year and the year before I had to explain why I was showing pro-2A opinion videos during a class on pro/con arguments (the class picked the topic). I got counseled on why it would be best to not let them choose such a topic to begin with when I responded that I had to show both sides of the argument.
That's where we are at now...it's not going to get any better.

You may feel like you can't do it, they may oppose you for doing it. It is our moral duty to oppose, and suffer the consequences if necessary.
Years of choosing temporary Comfort has brought this storm.
