Based on the amount of persecution going on in our country it really should be a protected class.

That’s what seems to be missing - societal leverage for employees to get the word out to customers. More exposure needs to happen.

So when they fire 80 million patriots for supporting Trump...what then? When we get banned from banking because of our politics what then? When does it stop? Free market won't fix this problem bro, it's complicit against us.

There should be no protected classes. Employment is a voluntary agreement between two parties.

So it should be ok that when you turn 41, you come back to work after your birthday and you're given your pink slip?
