You make excellent points about minimum wage and I basically agree with all that. I also admit I'm no economist and I couldn't explain why requiring a minimum wage is more harmful to the overall wages etc.
I'm also not trying to say we don't have regulations I'm sure there's way more than we need.
I'm only saying that employers cannot be allowed to just operate unregulated. It is the states job to make sure people's constitutional rights are upheld, obviously you're involved in a social contract. But if there's no regulations at all you'll get the bad things you really don't want. Its like the twitter or FB lolbertarian arguement about them being a private company and can do what they want. Well yes sure as long as it's not illegal. and I think as long as people actually are represented over big corporations in congress (it's not tho it's the opposite and the cause of a lot of problems). We'd have it better. Instead of getting our factories rebuilt in Mexico. And all our other manufacturing to the cheapest bidder who would never reciprocate fairly in a trade deal.
