don’t get too confident that you’d come out victorious if you sue. There’s plenty of us who have stories where we had a solid case and our former employers had a lot more resources lawyers who wanted to play dirty. They usually just outlast you then offer some shit Settlement Agreement that will include a gag order on you from ever saying anything bad about them ever. Besides, does anyone have ANY confidence in our courts right now?? You’ll land on your feet. Just consider yourself lucky you’re out of there and move on. I know it may seem crazy to try to look at it that way, but getting caught up in a lawsuit like that can easily consume you and can destroy you, your marriage, your finances. Just be careful.
