When they wanted to do a regime change in Egypt, a whole year leading to the coup, there was an artificial shortage in petrol, and there were electrical outage effectively putting the country to a stand still... And magically right after the coup, petrol was available again, electricity outages stopped ... Same happened in several other coups in other countries.
If you think the lockdown measures are not political tools to make regime change or making coups, you are as blind as it gets!
