These are protective measures. You are brainwashed if you consider my message as incitement to violence. It most certainly is not.
Best keep a loose agreement with the men of your neighborhood to contact each other when they notice something, or an issue comes up that needs to be addressed.
Fully formed neighborhood watch organizations tend to become super aggressive homeowners associations complete with constantly bitching karens and facebook drama.
Get to know your neighbors, sure. Be neighborly and help them when you can.
But keep the "watch" part of it away from the women and off of social media.
I'm not speaking of anything new or dangerous.
This is how men have always done it.
