Opening statements Plaintiff lawyer laid out brief list of evidence (read affidavits above) and notes the cameras that defendants were unaware of, which luckily caught a lot of the fraud alleged.

Cheryl Ringer giving wobbly-voiced emphatic denial of anything being wrong, asserting that multiple-scanning of the same batches of ballots (as shown on video) is irrelevant because there is a reconciliation of registered voters and votes, so it's impossible to count ballots multiple times. She also claims process or timing errors on the part of the requests from plaintiffs.

Garland Favorito is now called to testify.

Second open records request from Dec 3, for docs related to inspection of mail-in ballots is introduced as exhibit 2, no objections this time. Was prompted by affidavits from observers alerting to possible fraudulent counts. Relates the concerns brought by observers and initial responses by parties of the opponent. Ringer objects as hearsay, overridden by response from plaintiff lawyer. Harding asks if the ballots were sealed at the time of certification, Ringer objects that assuming facts not in evidence, Harding replies that law states they must be sealed at certification and Favorito is testifying they were not, a key point of law. Additional objections of facts not in evidence for the next point, accepted by Harding as not material to the case.

Mr Favorito is calm and quiet, unhurried and clear. Plaintiff lawyer Harding beings to introduce prior communications (initial open records request showing lack of cooperation by county) - Ringer objects to dismiss documents, overruled by judge. Favorito noticed abnormal spike in vote totals while an observer at the warehouse, Ringer begins making a lot of noise at her desk which causes the testimony to be interrupted. Harding requests anyone not speaking to mute their mic (Ringer's was the only one, she mutes).

She was goofing around with her mic and video last time too and admitted she has an it person on site with her.

Introduced as Exhibit 3 without objection, response Jan 4 by Rosenberg to original request for records, claiming records are exempt and sealed, denial of request. Harding asks whether any announcement had been seen declaring Rosenberg open records officer, Favorito responds no. Exhibit 6 introduced, Jan 13 response, Ringer wants to object but says she has no understanding of the document and wants to wait for Favorito to speak to it first before deciding on the objection. Judge says it's admitted. Recess.

NP I'm back; happily it was bigger than it seemed. Relief! Sort of on pins and needles with DECLAS happening, everyone's waiting for that eas sound... aaand they're on recess.

Ringer had a winning objection to what was essentially plaintiff reading exhibit.

Plaintiff won objection to Ringer and witness Rosenberg talking about how great they generally are at their jobs.

2
happy1 2 points ago +2 / -0

i left off when the "custodian" was saying how he never misses a request but this one was not "meaningfully" brought to his attention until Christmas---what happened after that

chuanpu 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's recess for lunch.

2
happy1 2 points ago +2 / -0

post recess 13:18: +Cheeley advises he emailed a summary of all the docs produced responsive to plaintiff exhibit #7 (demonstrative aid of the 600+ pages were sent responsive to original request)(entered w/o objection as PLTF exhbt 7A) //Rosenberg headphones are loud and judge finally says something +Cheeley points out the cover of the 600+pages +Cheeley begins cross exam of Steven Rosenberg

chuanpu 2 points ago +2 / -0

1
TheNorthernWall [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Last update from me, hope someone else picks this up- each piece of evidence is being objected to by Ringer but judge has granted 0 so far; she only "won" one because the plaintiff lawyer (Harding) said it wasn't material and didn't bother responding.

3
happy1 3 points ago +3 / -0

so in closing they are leaving this open for the day so the county can provide docs to support whether or not he is the custodian, they wont decide to unseal off of this hearing & Rossenberg is literally a piece of crap that on one hand says the buck stops here then threw mariska under the bus and pretended he didnt know a leading publication i the field...CROOKS--decsion in 5 days....we need to watch the clerk who has the ballots all entrances need 24/7 surveillance

1
chuanpu 1 point ago +1 / -0

Good summary.

I wonder if they even have the ballots available? (Maybe destroyed or removed)

Or if you'd notice after looking at them for 5 minutes that... There's a lot of duplicates / same signatures / other blatant illegitimacy.

1
happy1 1 point ago +1 / -0

county says they cant produce them now that they are with the SOS and sealed.....but they are held for 2 years in the event they need to be examined ...its a race now to see if the deep state can cover its tracks before the GA voters get there hands on it thru the proper channel ( i literally cannot belive the custodian said he was busy with the biggest election in history while he was answering questions as to his only job during said race-to be the keeper and responder to of records requests "of the biggest election in history" his words----twilight world

SuperManHat 1 point ago +1 / -0

as I said above:

so basically we're fucked cause they're delaying it on technicalities? Because nothing will be done until the 20th at the earliest?

1
happy1 1 point ago +1 / -0

the county attorney literally said the remedy was not to give the requested records but instead to fine the custodian a thousand dollars......ballotwatch needs to occur in GA

PUMP IT UP PEDES PUMP IT UP!

2
chuanpu 2 points ago +2 / -0

Watching.

Let's see some truth!

Who's who in the hearing? I can only distinguish the judge.

Seems like they're having intentional tech problems.

2
TheNorthernWall [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Panelists are listed on the side, and yeah they did in the last hearing as well.

2
chuanpu 2 points ago +2 / -0

Who's the plantiff who has requested ballots?

And what's requested? Ballots only?

And why denying?

I'm missing context. I just know there's a f***load of fraud in Fulton.

3
TheNorthernWall [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is all the work of Garland Favorito and his VoterGA project.

Page 22 shows what they want

3
chuanpu 3 points ago +3 / -0

Got it.

In a normal election, there wouldn't be any problem getting access to this.

The ballot custodian: "I don't recall... Uh, I saw. I have no memory of that. Oh I guess, maybe. Uh... I don't think..."

COME ON!

Is this judge legit? (fair)

2
TheNorthernWall [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

yeah the defense was a bunch of clowns in the last hearing and they are again in this one. dec 31st was a county holiday. hahaha

3
chuanpu 3 points ago +3 / -0

"Did you respond to that open records request?"

"Did I respond...? HAHA. That's funny.... I did not respond. Someone responded."

So awkward.

I hope the attorney's questions are leading somewhere. She's just kind of stabbing in the dark with the questions.

2
TheNorthernWall [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I responded, but it wasn't really a good response that I was happy about. But I did it.

Not me, however the last hearing was recorded and put on the voterga website so I assume this one will be as well.

1
TheNorthernWall [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

The judge says he isn't opening ballots at the moment despite being notified that he can do so if the court finds a court can find negligence violation, but they aren't done pursuing if there was a violation of a freedom of information request. He has more questions for defendant and they have the day to submit answers.

1
SuperManHat 1 point ago +1 / -0

so basically we're fucked cause they're delaying it on technicalities? Because nothing will be done until the 20th at the earliest?

2
TheNorthernWall [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah the defendants are 'playing whack a mole' and the judge stated he is only going to review for the FOIA violation. I shut it off after I heard that. I don't know anything about the 20th

-6
sustainable_saltmine -6 points ago +1 / -7

in the words of Hitlery: "What difference at this point does it make?" You're not stopping Biden from becoming President with ANYTHING we do now.

8
TheNorthernWall [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

30,000 fake ballots would be incredibly persuasive. If you can't stop democrats with 30,000 fake ballots in your pocket as evidence you're a total loser.

3
Auroraalpha 3 points ago +3 / -0

At Raquel Rodriguez' going rate of $5/ballot, you dont even need George Soros to rig it! A mere $150k will do.
