The Dutch are particularly interesting to watch. Just 3 days ago, the PM extended the COVID lockdown by 3 weeks... then resigns today.... over a child welfare scandal. Of course there's nothing to see here, right?
hmm..fishy. Holland has very liberal benefits system and some people obviously milked it, The tax office goes after them. The govt still have 66% approval rating afterwards ....and they resign ? no.. not buying it
They still have 66% approval because nearly nobody here pays attention to politics and just does what they're told is "the right thing" which is vote liberal. The Netherlands is frankly one of the most "progressive" countries with the exception that nearly everyone hates Morroccans when they're in private.
