Research how "compartmentalization" works. The Treasury may be tracing cash moving to overseas account while the DOJ takes down child trafficking, and the NSA records communications as a routine. The Marshals pick someone up for reaons they don't understand as FEMA rolls all the pieces into a military tribunal where the parts are assembled. Nobody knew they were actually attacking the swamp. In normal times, police and courts are compromised so no swamp elite ever see justice.

How are they going to get there? Are they going to swim? Deploying troops to another continent doesn't just happen overnight.
Not sure the validity but a while back there were articles saying Canada was allowing Chinese to do training in Canada. So no, that doesn't happen over night. But if other countries are allowing troops into theirs it's possible that mobilization was done over time. Not saying likely but as a possibility.
Secondly, pearl harbor happened overnight. Also unlikely but possible a huge wave of military could be in flight with ground troops on board.
Although possible, that still doesn't sound right. How are they going to maintain a military presence in Canada and invade from the north in the winter? That's a horrible idea.

Yep, it's happened before. But I don't think it's really that probable, since they would have to set up cross-continental supply chains from Asia to North America, which sounds extremely unlikely to succeed, since we would just need to defend the home port.
