I don't have faith in the top left text. However, it is clear that governments do not want a global tech company to interfere in their society. Also, they would not like a USA government (Biden-Harris) working alongside those tech companies to silence whoever they decide to. It is a recipe for foreign influence that no one wants to be on the receiving end of.
