I still can't understand them. Since the audio is so muddled I'm sure the average person is going to look at this and say it's bs. Not being pessimistic but that's what they're going to roll with. The only way that might change is if a law enforcement agency states they're saying what's captioned in this video is accurate.
Exactly, this is a nothingburger unless law enforcement confirms it. There are a few words that you can understand from the guy talking and that's it. And everyone has seen bad lip reading videos so even if you could see their lips, that wouldn't be enough either.
Listen WITHOUT watching. The video is completely irrelevant to what is being said. Factual transcripts are based solely on the audio. You can't look at the video for clues as to what they may be saying. Without a doubt, 100 people would listen to this and create 100 different transcripts.
