Something Trump said on 1/6 makes me think Pence accepted the fraudulent electoral votes for a reason...there's a plan in action here. I could be wrong, but like I said, I'll give it some time yet.

Trump asked Pence to adjourn the electoral vote counting session, so that Swing states would have another 5-10 days to deal with the voting fraud. Several states asked for that to happen, so the state legislatures could look into the voting irregularities. The legislatures couldn't do it before, because they were out of session, and the scummy governors, wouldn't call them into session.
Instead of adjourning the session, Pence misrepresented what he was asked to do, and said something along the lines of "i can't pick the president". So basically Pence setup a straw-man and kicked the shit out of it, making Trump look bad, and giving the media a narrative to exploit.

Fraud could be "dealt with" by retracting the certification of electors following investigation.
