Pretty self explanatory, but some advice would be to not let your emotions first decide if something is true. Take a deep breath, use logical thinking, and research...A LOT. We are in a huge PSYCHOLOGICAL WAR right now and bad actors will do everything they can to mentally and spiritually drain us. Their end goal is to completely make us feel doomed, hopeless, and never question anything again which leads into us being uninformed just like sheep.

If it is too good to be true and there isn't much backing evidence, then move on and don't let it eat you alive. There is no need to hold onto something that you're skeptical about just to feel emotionally satisfied. The psychological after effects takes a serious toll onto one's mental state and leads to serious gloom. Ultimately, if shit does hit the fan come the 20th, we would certainly know.

These next few days are going to be intense so if it is becoming too much, stay off the internet for half a day or few days if needed.

Eat, exercise, sleep, and repeat. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
