Can someone tell me in percentage terms how likely it would be for Donald Trump to be charged and convicted by a state like New York (or some other party) if he does leave the presidency on the 20th?

I know people say it would definitely happen, but what would you say is the % likelihood? If it is definite, then surely Trump would be making sure this doesn't happen by refusing to step down right?

That's not a bright question. You're asking people to speculate on bullshit. You don't even list any possible charges. So yeah, no. He's not acting out of fear or self preservation. Are you sure you aren't a troll?
