Did you ever see the crazy Alex Jones rant where he said gates was the rider of the pale horse in revelations?
"I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth."
"...there was a white horse, and it's rider... rode forth victorious to further his victories" -Conquest, the first of the 7 seals
"Another horse came out, a red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth, so that people would slaughter one another. And he was given a huge sword" -War, the second of the 7 seals
"...there was a black horse, and its rider held a scale in his hand. I heard... a voice... It said 'A ration of wheat costs a day's pay... but do not damage the olives or the wine." -Famine, the third of the seven seals
"...and there was a pale green horse. Its rider was named Death and Hades accompanied him. They were given authority over a quarter of the earth, to kill..." -Death, the fourth of the 7 seals.

1: Farmland = Famine 2: Vaccines = Plague 3: UN = Sword? 4: Modified Mosquitoes = Wild Beasts?
Man I love a good conspiracy.
Plague isnt one of the Horsemen. The Horsemen are Conquest, War, Famine, and Death.
I believe the pale horse or pale green hourse was just 1 of them. That verse is revelation 6:8 and doesn't mention the other horsemen
From Revelation, Chapter 6
"...there was a white horse, and it's rider... rode forth victorious to further his victories" -Conquest, the first of the 7 seals
"Another horse came out, a red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth, so that people would slaughter one another. And he was given a huge sword" -War, the second of the 7 seals
