I actually reached out to Loulz, an IP2 streamer who often travels with him. He simply responded with "I plead the 5th" and "I won't confirm or deny". Apparently Tim (Baked) has a warrant out in Arizona for violation of bail for when he maced the bouncer at the bar awhile back, and he's wanted for filming himself committing shenanigans at the Capital as well. He's basically the only one from what happened that day to be talked about in the news and not arrested (even BLM/AntiFa got arrested). Faked death? Witness protection? I'll feel bad if I'm making jokes about it and he's actually dead. Who knows?
