In the Netherlands they profiled thousands of people and gave them a tax penalty that was not correct. It took years and still the people involved are in trouble. Suicide, years of depths and some losing everything, house, family, relations etc. It is one of the most abusive power plays by the tax-collector-body we have here. In the end everybody new, but nobody did anything. We became numbers to take money from, we are not seen as people anymore.
