You've got to be shitting me. We joked about the election infection and it was literally that. How many lives. How many lives and families did they destroy.

Hopefully enough to push people to rise up and go to war in the coming months

Nope. Not as long as people have food to eat. That's why we've been such good kids this past year. Trump kept the supply chain humming. I'm not saying he was wrong to do that, just that's what happened.

We can destroy it any time we want to by going on strike. We are the supply chain.

The truckers talked about this months ago but it never happened.

You're not wrong.

This is the truth. As long as people have a shred of comfortability in their lives the vast majority of them will not participate in engagements. Look at countries that have civil wars, besides Ukraine. People in these conflicts have almost none of the necessities.

This is why we need to hold on to our guns no matter what.

Eventually, if these fuckwads get their way, we'll lose all the comforts we enjoy as the world's richest country. All of them. At that point, people will be ready to revolt and take back what was lost, but without guns that'll be much harder.

HistoryInvestigator 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is the correct answer. People have too much to lose still.

We are no where near any sort of revolution. If covid showed anything is that people don't care about liberty as much as they think they do.

I was told of a swamp in Mississippi where any dead animals rot away to nothing in only 2-3 days. Honestly I do not remember the place. But if you leave an animal carcass in this swamp there is nothing to be found of it in very short manner.

I have no idea why the democrats are not being held responsible and placed on death row for killing thousands of elders. They literally sent covid positive patients into nursing homes. How that isn't considered a mass killing and a crime against humanity is beyond me.

Been spouting this from the start. At best it was negligent homicide. At worst premeditative murder.

Look for more of this kind of 'assisted suicide' as Obamacare continues to implode.

Not intended to be a wise guy. We have a two tiered justice system, democrats are almost never held accountable. If you are a conservative you better not so much as Jay walk.

Hades440 11 points ago +11 / -0

Even conservatives develop a slight immunity once they reach a certain point on the social ladder.

4
DiscoverAFire 4 points ago +4 / -0

Unless they get too high on the social ladder, in which case whatever they say secretly means the opposite.

5
BahamaDon 5 points ago +6 / -1

Chillingly like the settlers handing out smallpox blankets to the native Americans.

7
Hades440 7 points ago +7 / -0

That wasn't nearly as intentional as the Covid patients in retirement homes, though.

2
Augusto_Franco 2 points ago +2 / -0

You mean Indians stealing blankets from infected patients and distributing it amongst the whole tribe.

Budgets are tight and they needed to cull the expensive old folks off so that the gibs for votes grift can keep flowing.

I expect them to keep the lockdowns going longer.

They haven't finished bankrupting small businesses and consolidating wealth into the hands of mega corporations.

Also they need more people to default on their mortgages so big banks and rental corporations can swoop in and buy distressed real estate for pennies on the dollar.

Remember the Great Reset motto: "you will own nothing and you will be happy"

They're gonna make us broke and desperate so we're forced to sell everything, then rent it back to us. And we'll be happy.

DiscoverAFire 2 points ago +2 / -0

I was expecting another 6 months, but Chicago and NYC are both pushing to open up "now"

4
Klown_Schwab 4 points ago +4 / -0

I expect them to re-open for a bit to reward us for good behavior, then find some "new strain" and lock down again and scold the public for not wearing masks enough, ad nauseam.

It's a psychological warfare tactic for breaking prisoners.

Not nearly as many lives as they are planning to destroy, I can assure you....
