Btw, wtf is up with all the building/fortifying going on all over London the past couple of years? I was on the Eye around 2016/17 and when you got to the top looking out over the rooftops of London it was a freaking sea of construction cranes. I've lived in major cities across the world and there's always construction going on, but holy crap I've never seen anything like what we saw that day.

security and telecoms infrastructure, upgrades, "eco-Green' crap.. replacing copper on certain buildings etc.. who knows eh
