The federal government was designed to regulate--"make regular," i.e. REGULATE trade between the states; Governors should be held to a similar function within states; counties should set their own codes of conduct and rules of society under the Constitution according to the will of their Citizens. Then you'll have an actual voice in the way you choose to live.
