The fact that President Trump is still cic over the 25k soldiers surrounding DC should be a huge clue to doomers that think they're there to help the deep state
DC is the seat of the federal government. Not a state. Governors sent National Guard to DC it's not DC national Guard guard. When in other state boarders they fall under that states governor for all orders. Since there's no governor of DC then it becomes a Federal level operation. The only person in federal government with any say or jurisdiction over the military is SecDef and POTUS
As I understand it President Trump's authority over NG (all military) even supercedes that of state governors. Although theres never been a dispute over it.
The traitors only hope is to remove President Trump from his role as commander in chief. Which explains why they cant just let President Trump stay on for the few days left in his term. Also why Biden had safety concerns in DC.
The military invasion of DC under the command of President Trump along with the traitors desperately trying to remove him from his position as CiC gives me hope.

only after declaring a state of emergency in a particular area then with permission of the governor. Insurrection act needs no permission
As soon as national guard is activated in DC, apparently Trump can do whatever he wants with them and even draw more National Guard out
