It is my guess that China has sent a AI underwater drone loaded with a Hell Raiser 100+megaton thermo nuke to vaporize the entire D.C. area and blame it on Russia to get a war going.. Chinese radical Communists don't care about money , life or land.. All they want is to be masters of the world even if it is a cinder.. They will get rid of hundreds of people with dirty money in their country and what they know..
