you may not be a leader now or ever, and that's ok, but you should support those that do surface with your time, money, or whatever you can
quit thinking about the never ending present. Plan for your future. Read, learn and grow your talents. We need everyone to help, but if you are weak or unskilled, you wont be able to contribute as much as someone else may have.
