Seems I spoke to soon. Yes it was a SCOTUS case. Confused now though how this is even case at federal. Election procedures are a state law issue not a federal issue. Seriously WTF is wrong with this country and the democrats. They cant win in state courts. So they switch to federal to try and overrule a state decision on a state matter. Fuck the Dems
We need political migration to Republican-majority counties: ideally in solid-red states, and ideally not landlocked. Buy up all the land, vote out all the commies, and do Gandhi-style non-violent resistance until we are free!
On the one hand, this is a good ruling. On the other hand, the timing of it now is a slap in the face to all who pursued real election integrity lawsuits when it mattered. The violence we saw at the Capitol last week is attributable to their leaving election fraud as an open question rather than doing their job, which is to be the point of original jurisdiction in disputes between states, which is what we had.
Wait, we still have a Supreme Court??
I thought they all decided to quit enforcing the Constitution after election day
Supreme Court of Texas, not the SCOTUS.
Ohh okay, this makes more sense now. Thank you for the clarification
EDIT: Nah it was the US SCOTUS that made this ruling. The article states it was the US Supreme Court that made this ruling

Well, I’m glad that was timely and in a way that mattered.
Also they ruled you can’t verify illegals haven’t registered to vote.

Texas literally the only one making examples of these people.
