You know executive orders are not law.
You're not wrong, but it seems debatable at times. Executive orders need to be addressed at some point by the SC or something with the authority to do so.
I don't understand the legal aspects (not a lawyer or legal scholar at all), but are you telling me that DACA can be accomplished via executive order while Congress term limits cannot?
He can't. It's wrotten into the Constitution
Whomever is POTUS doesn't have that Authority.
Unless you have scotus on your side like Obama and his illegal DACA
