I'm not saying take action first off. I just want to point out I'm still filled with white hot rage over all that's happened. I now wont even attempt to talk with someone who has somewhat liberal views. I literally cant watch Tim Pool without getting angry at his pussy ass fence sitting. Am I the only one like this?

Nope. I’m pissed off beyond measure and hold congress in lowest opinion in my lifetime. Congress is filled with communists
we all fucking mad but we not walking into a trap lol. the day they try to take our guns is the day they fuck around and find out.
Bench warrants. No knock raids where you stand a chance of defending yourself will probably become uncommon. Instead, if they view you as a political dissidents, they'll make it impossible for you to interact with their economy and arrest you w/ a phony warrant during a traffic stop or some other small malfeasance. While you are in jail, they break into your home and steal your equipment.
I am too, and I have said some things that I probably shouldn't have, not thinking about the consequences of my words. I think we all need to take a break, be with our families, and come back to this after the 20th to come up with a plan. There are a lot of people that have views that aren't represented by either party, so to make political headway we are going to need a nonviolent and popular approach.
Just remember, a lot of people are venting, saying things in their heads that they don't really mean about doing things to politicians or physically fighting people or resisting. It is human nature to vent and say these things but now people are being arrested for saying them and that will ramp up. So we gotta keep our cool and not say these things even if we don't mean them, and especially do not act out of anger.
In the mean time, take a break from it all.
Spend time building in your community. Join a church, create a club.
I've been thinking about it for a while...
The way you win, is you convince others to collaborate. Some ideas:
Start a political club
To spread the word, go to a neighborhood (HOA or just pass out leaflets)
Build something for that neighborhood (you don't see BLM do this)
Explain why you're doing this, "we believe in free speech, no racism or racial guilt, etc."
Get more followers and go to the next neighborhood.
You have to build good will, help a community and they'll help you. Humanize each other (left & right). This is how you build a society, you don't divide and riot. There's no point trying to point fingers, instead you have to effect change - take action, contribute your time.
