Last night, driving home with the radio on, I heard, "This is a test of the Emergency Broadcast System", which was not immediately followed by the annoying squawk and the scripted message. It was followed TWICE by a commercial, and the third time, it was followed by Prince, Party like it's 1999. I'm not usually very subject to conspiracy theory, but, three times in just a half hour or so? It made me wonder if somebody was doing something fishy. I'm mid 50's, and the announcement has ALWAYS been followed by the squawk and the script. Prove me wrong.
