The whole point of this Federalist article is that, even in a 71-29 pro Trump county, the local newspaper is leftist, local parish teaches leftist crap, local library has BLM systemic racism garbage, even school curriculum is getting infiltrated by leftists,.. because there are no MAGA candidates running at the city council level.

Yes. For those of us that actually read it that’s the point. None of us want those jobs because they suck but we better start to want them or we can’t stop their ideas from taking hold. Their ideas suck but we don’t engage and prove them wrong in the public square. We need to take charge because we know our logic and reason are more sound and they can be defeated in the arena of ideas.
