It makes sense not to say it out loud. It’s shameful that so many people here disavowed it.
We had a tactical setback on 1/06, perhaps because we weren’t ready, but no patriot did anything morally wrong. This collective erasure of what happened on 1/06 is insulting to those who participated.
Man I had 15 responses to my comments, went through every single one of them pissed the fuck off, telling these Commie Sympathizers that George Washington would knock their teeth out, and finally, the VERY LAST ONE to reply to, a fucking patriot emerges.
IDK wtf happened here.
I'm not a Trump Groupie, I'm a Patriot, and Trump REPRESENTED PATRIOTS.
Seems everybody here is a fucking groupie, liked the IDEA of Trump, but their cowardice is going to turn our country over to the communists.
Oh please. The 30 hours before Trump's speech consisted of other speeches that were all about having a peaceful rally, praying to God and representing Trump in a good way.
So your contention is that overwhelmingly, people were advocating non-violence? And anyone who damaged the capital building was not “representing Trump in a good way.”
I just want to understand, because my feeling going into the 6th was that too many of us were prepared for uncoordinated violence and it was going to come back and bite us.
Plenty of evidence that Antifa type protestors were the spearhead of violence against the capitol. The protestors banging down the doors were covered up and working as small groups both to attack the door and to form a line against any peaceful protestors trying to stop them. Also evidence of the Sullivan guy (w/CNN) planning to be there in Trump gear, and he put out calls to action for their attack. Their meeting time and location had nothing to do with the Trump rally.
Many Trump supporters were idiots to follow them into the building, no excuse, but they didn't go to the Capitol that day with the intent to break in,
So none of the violence was from Trump supporters? If that is your takeaway, then how do you square that with all the people on this site calling for violence before the 6th?
Right. You can’t. Stop pussyfooting around. We called for violent insurrection and we lost. We were probably justified, if you think the election was a fraud, but we still lost.

DJT directed Patriots to go home on 1/6. Explain how that "represented Patriots?"
The only thing I can imagine is that he has something up his sleeve. Or he succumbed to the negative press.
Trump knows that revolution is necessary. Peaceful protests in the face of an insurrection and coup is useless.
I can't imagine Trump actually expects peaceful transition to a Biden Administration, and his words are for the cameras.
He said; “we’re headed over to the Capitol, I’ll go with you.” How the fuck is that, “go home”?
He said go home. Don't be obtuse.

From all evidence I've seen., at least the instigators of any property damage were antifa.
Other than some damaged windows and papers strewn about, what damage was done?
Did patriotic Trump supporters go with intent or equipment to damage property?
