If he concedes then these cases are moot. There’s plenty of time to show his receipts and get the entire election overturned. Long-shot, but it matters because fraud vitiates everything.
He might not be able to say for the sake of national security.
It might top off the wrong people.. expose them before they are all caught..if there is an operation to catch people.
