Would someone explain this current strategy without being able to mention a 'fringe' conspiracy?

None of this makes sense, the capitol plaza is now a prison. Liberals never give back power, Trump is building all of this up to hand to Biden? Is that what we are supposed to believe?

Lol she can request all she wants only one person actually is in command, kinda the whole, commander in chief thing.

DC Ntl guard reports to only one man, or a surrogate under his direct order.
