Parler was not setup just for an anti-trust suit, they just didn't see this coming and while we know better, I do understand them trusting Amazon. Why was Parler really banned from AWS? It is very clearly because Trump was going to move to it, the reason for the ban was to remove Trump's voice.
I think Parler should win their suit and get award huge damages, what Amazon did was disgusting.
The courts will find a hate-speech exemption and deny their case. Anyone relying on remedies through the judicial system is setting themselves up for disappointment
