I might be correct that they are not supposed to. But 1000's of people, that include past presidents, are not supposed to enact a coup. It is a special time in which many foreign nations as well as the bulk of the most powerful people are trying to knock out U.S.A. In this case I am sure they need MASSIVE cargo planes to carry all the traitors in.
