How is this guy so deep into this? The notes could just be his own conspiracy theories he wants to tell Trump. I feel it's more likely that he's given money to trump and in return he gets to have in person meetings. Also since he blabs everything he "knows" all over social media there's no way trump is gonna tell him any secret plans.
