If Geotus does nothing and walks away knowing about all this fraud and allows Biden in, he is committing treason. He swore to protect the United States from foreign and DOMESTIC.
Also if he pardons himself and family that is only for federal crimes. He should never think states like NY will not bring bogus charges on all of them. So imo what is the downside for doing the insurrection act?
He’s soft and doesn’t want to be responsible for civil that follows that move.

Downside would be, military brass ignores him anyways, citing the constitution as justification, and it makes him look like he's lost control or is a weak leader. Unless the military comes to him with intel and plans, and it originates from them, but gets his approval, it would be unwise to attempt. Best to fall back for a time, and make your stand in the State Legislatures, and use the next election to absolutely wreck the Republicans that supported the impeachment.
How much can he do if he does not have people on board to help him, look at the F*cking Rino's trying to impeach him over what the democrats did. the Generals signed a letter supporting the treason and the FBI CIA DOJ etc are all corrupt. what can he do. it is up to us to get our country back and we must start at the local level.
