For the non-technical,
BROWSER has nothing to do with SEARCH ENGINE.
You can use the DuckDuckGo SEARCH ENGINE on any browser, except Amazon's Silk. Its results are mostly from Bing... so if you have an issue with the search result quality, take it up with Microsoft.
If you dropped Firefox for "DuckDuckGo Privacy Browser", you dumped FF for a very limited, hacked-up version of Chrome with DuckDuckGo set as the default SEARCH ENGINE. (Plus a few settings to disable the worst privacy offenders)
Safari (just kidding).
I try to use Brave as much as I can, but there are some corp apps I use that just don't work right. I keep Firefox and Chrome around just for those one-offs.

Get Brave or Dissenter.
Yeah, but the point is not supporting and boycotting anti-conservative platforms. fin.
Indeed DuckDuckGo = leftist Also, they don't even own the core search engine, because it's Microsoft's.
Which one is best for a MacBook?
