The company I work for (headquartered in Dallas, Tx) has been in existence for over 25 years. This is the first year we are celebrating MLK day as a company Holiday. When will the pandering end! This virtue signaling is so fucking pathetic!

Yep already happened. My favorite part was when they had a story where a white guy told inappropriate jokes to his coworkers that offended women and "minorities". It was actually quite funny

Not a knock on MLK. Like anyone, he did some good things and some not so good things. Point is this holiday has been around since the 80's... kind of hard to appreciate they just all the sudden realized this guy was worth taking the day off for.
