If any president has concrete evidence foreign powers interfered with an election with the help of domestic actors to the point of affecting the outcome and all civil authorities have failed to correct it, doesn’t he have a duty per his oath to prevent it even if he is also the candidate? It is essentially an act of war by foreign powers.
