All these ideas for self-reliance generated need to happen, no matter who 'wins'. We need to fear and love God, honest elections, a literate, educated people, a work ethic, and health in bodies, souls, and minds.
This is the shape our founding Fathers were in and we can get there too, but not overnight.

So IF your GOD is a god of love and forgiveness, then why does one have to FEAR it??
Isn't there enough fear in the world controlling the masses??
God said the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. It puts priorities in place. Fear God first, above all else, then other things line up.

No, you didn't. You are just repeating what you THINK is the WORD of some being, drawing your "TRUTH" from a book that took 900 years to put together.
Explain this:
Leviticus 21:9 Unchaste daughters of priests must be burnt to death. What about his unchaste sons? Deuteronomy 21:11-14 If you see a pretty captive woman just take her home and “go in unto her.” Exodus 12:29 God killed every first-born child in Egypt, because he was upset at the Pharaoh, who’s actions he caused in the first place. God murders children for their ruler’s forced action? Jeremiah 11:22-23 God will kill the young men in war and starve their children to death.
And on and on and on, a book of war, murder, rape, slavery, etc. SOLD as a book of love and forgiveness. Right!
You can believe what you want fren, that is what myself and others served in the military for, but please, don't be pushing it out as if it was THE TRUTH.
And just how can Fear of anyone be a path to wisdom, it is a path to being dominated and controlled.
All organized religions are based on man-made "gods" used for power and control over others. They strip humans of sovereign spiritual expression of thanks for the miracle of sentience to be replaced with rule books of fear from MADE UP evils like satan, hell, demons, sin, etc.
Faith isn't fact, only fact is fact. God: A fiction created to fight or rationalize the inevitability of death.
There, a non believer in myth has given you lots of him time out of love for truth.
God is the boss. We can all believe as we like. He's still the big guy. He loves us and is trustworthy.
We don't judge God; we can't see what He sees. Job learned this. God loves and forgives us out of that whole list above of evil.
There, a person God rescued has given you lots of time out of love for truth. No push, sorry. Just showing there is another view. A view that has been hidden more and more. A view that will be obliterated from all sight soon if Biden and Co. get in.
Fear the one who made the universe with His voice? The one who takes care of us? I think that's good, healthy respectful fear. Not terror-filled, unless one is fighting against Him.
