Sec Pompeo was tweeting normally at irregular time, and typically issue 2-3 tweets per day up until Dec 31, 2020.

I think he started doing it because he knew we would notice and start paying close attention to his tweets. I don't think there's anything hidden in it other than the unprecedented censorship we are facing. The more people seeing his tweets, the more likely to ensure the truth stays in the light later on. Just my opinion but the only thing that would make sense to me right now.
