The images aren't the same. Look at his hand in your picture compared to the other one. The clear picture released of the text is either LARP or was released on purpose (read: intentionally).

I downloaded the picture from the twitter link showing the entire image. Maybe the first enhancement was done with a higher resolution image then the one I sourced. The one I enhanced was 72 dpi and I increased it to 1200 dpi. If I had the original photo that was taken by the camera it would probably be in high def and possibly get a better detail on the enlargement. However if you compare the 2 enhancements side by side the text formatting does seem similar in many areas.
