Actually project Odin was setup to inject signals and over power radio signals for broadcast. Think of how EMP injects an electromagnet shock and fries electronics just broadcast signals. Only reason I say this is it something our government has spent a shit ton of money on, now it's fair to say we also spent a shit ton on Regan area 'Star Wars'.
