I think this is a big enough issue, what with a military coup and all, the Constitution will forgive us a little impertinence, if it comes to it.
Would you go through all of this, draining the swamp, and all the other things which will happen, and not have been planning this for years?
Its like people believe the movies. One or two plans, a couple of plucky people working on it, hacking pentagon computers...
Something like this must be planned out by hundreds of people, running 10s of thousands of scenarios, constantly figuring it out. Have a plan how to inform the people of everything, logistics, ....
I'm pretty sure there is a plan that works, is legal, and if it takes a few more days, it'll turn out ok.
