His lawsuit is rock solid. Tortuous interference. Amazon's actions are indefensible and they know it and they don't care. They think they can get away with anything....and they might be able to. But I wouldn't be surprised if they are being pressured to drop the lawsuit. The treble damages from a future RICO suit would be astronomical.
