Yea..So I'm a lab tech specifically in Anatomic Pathology and I worked for the President of the American Dermatology Association for two years. He is a Mohs surgeon and teacher as well. He ran his own private practice and he created jobs. He was an immigrant from the Czech Republic. His parents survived the holocaust and he was a conservative and LOVED Trump..

I’m more of a classical liberal but still conservative. I’m a boss. I supervise up to 40 people in peak season, 25ish in the off. I have all sorts of employees: about half are women, half men. Also half minorities and NOT hired for diversity - all were hired for their skills and what I saw in them for potential.

Also have some super far left young guys. Guess what? I treat them no differently than anyone else. Theyve been taught and guided to be a couple of my top guys, actually. And one of them is applying for an open position in the office that I wrote him a personal and formal letter of recommendation for.

When is comes to work, who gives a shit? I don’t. I do worry an employee might come after me because I donated to Trump. However, No one talks about politics in our office. I like to think it is because of mutual respect. I think this is much more the case is most of America and Palmer et al are just trying to start problems where there aren’t any.
