It has already been said that it will be a yearly or seasonal type thing etc. If this is mandatory and goes on for several years and several rounds of vaccines then humanity cannot survive without it. This together with a social credit score, etc. results in global enslavement. If you don't behave then no 'vaccine' and you die. I dont think people have considered the the longer term implications of this.
