It blows me away how people can’t figure this out. Useful idiots of the left.

I made NMmom’s argument in an economics class at NYU once. The professor was not happy.

If they raise all of the pay scales then It’s pointless to even raise the minimum wage. The cost of goods would inflate also.

This is how they (commies) “level the playing field” I. The modern economy.

It would be completely unfair to the individuals that are just beyond $15/hr.

After college, I got a job paying $16.5k/year. It was a kick in the nuts, but it had benefits and opportunity. 6 months later, my salary doubled. A year later, it doubled again. I won't go further, but I'm on 14 years of "retirement." I'm still well under 60.

Fuckturds today don't know how to upsell.

We're almost at $15 wage anyways. Gas stations by me pay more and I'm not even in the city. Amazon pays quite a bit more.

Inflation is running wild.

I live in CT. A couple years ago I was in a NC gas station/mini-mart buying the same crap I usually do in my own town.

The woman rang me up, gave me the total, and I asked her recheck her math. I thought she must have fucked up

Sure enough, it was 20-30% less for the same stuff. Add the two packs of smokes and it was half.

What's going to happen? Anyone who can afford a bus ticket out of NYC for a life where the cost of living is cheaper by 30-40% with a guaranteed minimum wage is going to leave NYC.

End result? That will drive up wages in NYC, but with not enough people who can afford an $18 BigMac.

It will also drive up the cost of living in NC.

I went to college, and my economics professor actually actually hushed my class-mates out of the room so as not to wake me....more than once.

This is exactly why we have to get elected to school boards and change the curriculum. Half of millennials think that socialism is a good thing. The libs have no interest in making kids smart
